Tools Required: 1 Phililps screwdriver, 1 Pair of Pliers, & A new lamp.

Time Required: About 15 minutes.

Abstract: This guide is being published to show how easy it is to replace your original Zenith / LG 6912V00006A Lamp.

NOTE: We recommend you to use latex gloves when handling the new bulb, to avoid any dirt or oil. Our hands are naturally oily…The oil residue from our hands can cause premature failure of the lamp if the front side of the lamp is not wiped down after the installation. It doesn’t hurt to do a final wipe with a clean, non-abrasive, lint-free cloth before reinstalling your lamp…

	Zenith / LG 6912V00006A Lamp casing			1.- Uninstall the handle placed at the back of the lamp by pulling out to the sides of it.
	2.- Remove four screws from the top of the lamp cover using a Phillips screwdriver.			3.- Pull up the lamp cover, to have acces to the bulb.
	4.- Pull up the lamp holder 1/4", be carefull not to damage the cable connector.			5.- Uninstall the cable connector from the lamp carrier and take it out from the lamp holder, also remove the connector holder.
	6.-Pull out the lamp holder from the lamp carrier.			7.- Disconnect the cable placed at the side of the lamp, using a Philips screwdriver.
	8.- Disconnect the cable on the top of the lamp by unscrewing the nut.			9.- To remove the lamp holder pull out and up one side of the lamp holder.
	A.- Take out your new PHILIPS P22 UHP 100W 120W 1.0 bulb.			B.- Install your new PHILIPS P22 UHP 100W 120W 1.0 Lamp to the lamp holder.
	C.- Install the cable to the top of the lamp by tightening the nut.			D.- Connect the cable on the side of the lamp with the screw.
	E.- Push in the lamp holder and leave space for the cable connector.			F.- Reinstall the cable connector using the connector holder in the original position.
	G.- Now finish positioning the lamp holder to the bottom of the lamp carrier.			H.- Put the lamp cover back to the lamp carrier by sliding from top to bottom of the enclosure.
	I.- Place back the four screws to the top of the lamp cover.			J.- Reinstall the handle, to the back of the lamp.
	K.- And you’re finished, Congratulations.

IMPORTANT: After installing the replacement bulb, you should wipe it with a clean cloth to avoid any dirt or oil. Our hands are naturally oily…this could reduce considerably the file span of the new lamp.
