1. A long Phillips head screwdriver (6" in Length)...
1a. Rarely instead of Philips scress a T7 Torx head screw driver may be necessary for some enclosures (6" in Lenght).
2. A new Osram Lamp with ballast connection.

NOTE: The bulb should be handled with a clean lint-free cloth at all times to avoid any dirt or oil. Our hands are naturally oily…The oil residue from our hands can cause premature failure of the lamp if the front side of the lamp is not wiped down after the installation. It doesn’t hurt to do a final wipe with a clean, non-abrasive, lint-free cloth before reinstalling your lamp…

We start by removing the first set screws (in some cases Philips screws and in others T7 torx screws!) |

We continue by removing the second set of screws holding down the metal housing (Panasonic Part# TEN2AC50241). |
|
Here are the screws we just removed! |
|
|
Separate the metal casing (TEN2AC50241) from the plastic housing (TMW2AX0211). |
|
Remote the lamp (HS100AR13-5) by removing the two clips holding it down... |
|
|
Here are the clips (TEN2AC50231) we just removed in order to let the lamp loose! |
|
Insert the new lamp provided and replace the clips the way you found them. |
|
|

Make sure the lamp is snug into place and is leveled off. Simetimes the lamp can be a bit dificult to get into place. |

We will use the same two clips we removed. |
|
We now replace the screws to tighted down the lamp and begin to re-connect the connectors. |
|
|
Remember, this is an AC lamp and cable configuration does not matter! Meaning there is no + or - terminal on the lamp! |
|
Here is a shot of the lamp inside the enclosure ready to be covered by the metal housing. |

We new replace the metal housing, be sure the wires are clear from harms way! Replace the 4 screws we removed. |
|
Be sure you don't forget to re-route the connector wires, or they may get damaged when replacing the metal cover. |

|
We are now ready to pop in the lamp into our TV! |
IMPORTANT: The bulb should be handled with a clean cloth at all times to avoid any dirt or oil. Our hands are naturally oily…this is a no-no for these lamps. It doesn’t hurt to do a final wipe with a clean, non-abrasive, lint-free cloth before reinstalling your lamp…Buying generic lamps or cutting wires can void your warranty. BUYER BEWARE!
