Tools Required: 1 Philips screwdriver, 1 Pair of Pliers, & A new lamp.

Time Required: About 15 minutes.

Abstract: This guide is being published to show how easy it is to replace your original Zenith / LG 3110V00139B Lamp.

NOTE: We recommend you use latex gloves when handling the new bul. to avoid any dirt or oil. Our hands are naturally oily…The oil residue from our hands can cause premature failure of the lamp if the front side of the lamp is not wiped down after the installation. It doesn’t hurt to do a final wipe with a clean, non-abrasive, lint-free cloth before reinstalling your lamp…

	Zenith / LG 3110V00139B Lamp casing			1.- Remove the handle from the back of the enclosure by pulling out the sides of it.
	2.- Flip upside down the enclosure and you will see four screws holding the lamp cover, remove them using a Philips screwdriver.			3.- Now pull up the lamp cover, to have access to the inside of the enclosure.
	4.- Pull up the lamp holder 1/4", be carefull not to damage the cable connector.			5.- Take out the cable connector through the lamp holder so we can safely remove the lamp carrier.
	6.-Slide out the lamp holder from the lamp carrier.			7.- Using a pair of pliers unscrew the nut on the top of the lamp and remove the cable.
	8.- Disconnect the cable placed at the side of the lamp, using a Philips screwdriver.			9.- To remove the lamp holder pull out and up one side of the lamp holder.
	A.- Take out your new PHILIPS P22 UHP 100W 120W 1.0 bulb.			B.- Install your new PHILIPS P22 UHP 100W 120W 1.0 Lamp to the lamp holder.
	C.- Reinstall the cable on the side of the lamp with the screw.			D.- Reconnect the cable to the top of the lamp by tightening the nut.
	E.- Slide in the lamp holder and leave 1/4" of space for the cable connector.			F.- Reinstall the cable connector placing the connector holder in the original position.
	E.- Now finish positioning the lamp holder to the bottom of the lamp carrier.			F.- Push in the lamp cover to the enclosure.
	E.- Place back the four screws to secure the lamp cover.			F.- Put the handle back to its original position, on the back of the enclosure.
	G.- And you’re finished, Congratulations.

IMPORTANT: After installing the replacement bulb, you should wipe it with a clean cloth to avoid any dirt or oil. Our hands are naturally oily…this is a no-no for these lamps.
